Monday is quite the feast for avid sports fans. Call it a sports equinox of sorts.

As Steven Louis Goldstein of The Athletic wrote, "The sports equinox raises all that to another level—there are both World Series and WNBA Finals matchups, plus Monday Night Football , nine NBA games and three NHL contests all on the same night."

Of course, you'll have nine NBA games and three NHL contests overall to choose from if you have NBA League Pass or ESPN+, so mix and match as you please.

Given that the MLB season wraps up in late October or early November, it's pretty rare to get NBA, NHL, NFL and MLB games all on the same night. Add the WNBA to the mix, and it's an even more uncommon sports cocktail.
