Sports betting is completely unhealthy. It doesn't help that every sports game has a bunch of advertisements for sports being during commercials.

I’ve heard of people DMing or shouting at players/managers over their gambling woes. This dude called MLB's CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE AND LEFT A 14 MINUTE VOICEMAIL. Screw putting this dude on some sort of exclusion list, throw him in a mental institution.

Remember, he said he didn’t do it and some “friend” made the phone call. Just proves that gambling is getting out of hand. Maybe stop advertising and promoting it during games.

When first contacted, Morgan admitted making the call. Later he said he didn't.
Like Judge Judy says, "If you tell the truth, you don't need a good memory."

is this "friend" in the room with us now?

The call is coming from inside the house!

So, he got mad that Schneider said they would walk Ohtani, and... didn't? (I can't remember if they did) So this guy bet on Ohtani being walked and lost money???
Wow... someone needs some addiction therapy...
Added: Reread the article. He acknowledged he made the call and was pissed off about his bet. Then told the sheriff who visited him he never made the call and someone visiting his house made the call. Denied making threats, even though there is a 14 minute recording. Sounds real bright.

A Major League manager?? Not publicly revealing all the details of his strategy??? For the World Series??? To purposefully screw up Blake's parlay specifically????? Whaaaaaaattttt????????

Why do we continue to let Ohio exist??
15. u/Commander19119 · 2026-10-21 20:34 UTC
It doesn’t exist, they just want you to think it does

We can call it ‘Sauga South and move all of the Doug Ford bros across Erie Pond.

Once Canada becomes part of the USA, you will have a vote on whether Ohio continues to exist or not. (Assuming Canadian due to flair)
/s just in case anyone couldn't tell.

You can have Alberta but the rest of Canada you'll have to pry from our cold, dead hands
20. u/roguluvr · 2026-10-21 20:08 UTC
No. They can’t have Alberta. We just had a vote about this dude 🤦♂️
