A quick read from the best backstop in the game right now.
Good luck, BrewCrew!
The city of Milwaukee, the State of Wisconsin, and all those Brewers that came before you are rooting for you!!

Most of that seems like he was addressing people who don't think they are real contenders. Maybe casual fans might, but anyone who knows anything about baseball should have seen the writing on the wall. The Brewers have been contending for the past five years and have only gotten better during that window.
I still had picked the Dodgers to beat them because their roster is unreal, but I felt like the brew crew was the second strongest team going into the playoffs.
Really, you could win 110 games in the season and sweep your way to the world series but if you aren't a big market team like 40% of people watching are just going to still assume you are the small dog.

Such a great read. Contreras has been huge for this team. This whole roster proves we don't need a salary cap in baseball. We built this squad organically and made the WS while the big spenders are sitting at home.

Neat! I hope it’s an awesome series that goes to 7 and the Brewers lose at home to TB. Let’s go Rays!!!
